I am thru

They call it graduation. Yes, I graduated from the first phase of our training (Communication and Culture Training) at Convergys. Everybody in our wave made it. The whole Friday was filled with nerves and anxiety as we wait for our turn for the trainer's validation and mock call.

Everything went smoothly for me. I think I did OK. But as they say, there's always a thing called ADJUSTMENT especially at a point called START.

Tomorrow marks the start of our 5-week Product-Specifics Training. And I'm expecting it to be a little more difficult. But then again, I'm hoping for the best.

By the way, got my company ID.
